"Put on first" Option

When I use the Browser-Plug-In to send content to my buffer I'd love to have some kind of "put on first position" oder "tweet next" option. Since I sometimes have important content that needs to be sent as soon as possible but not wanting to "post now".

Yes, I don't like to scroll to bottom and just transfer a newly added tweet to top. One click would be great.
