  I think there are probably four basic states:

  1. Share now
  2. Buffer next: share at the next publishing slot. If the next one already has a "buffer next", item, it will gets pushed (=your last decision decides)
  3. Buffer soon: prioritise over non-prioritsed items over the next slots. (again - last in-first out)
  4. Buffer: current functionality - non prioritised.

  I'd just like to be able, once I buffered a tweet to edit it so it can be published at the next scheduled time (or the one after that, or even after that).
