  I'm also really hoping for this capability. I noticed that this post is rather old, have you since instated a way to tag Facebook pages through Buffer?

  Hi Buffer peoples,

  I have recently signed up for the free account (may upgrade to awesome) if this feature becomes live, I run an automotive motorsports and car modifying club in the UK and always use mentions @'s when sharing content via facebook with the extentsion installed it would be nice for it to auto fill whilst in the Buffer pop up with the group, page, person etc I am mentioning then add this to the scheduler :-)

  Would be a great tool - so are there any further updates on this?

  I just signed up to the buffer awesome plan. The lack of this feature make me very likely to cancel very soon.

  Also, be great to have an update given that is has now been "very high up on our list" for over 6 months.

  I came here searching for exactly this functionality. Tags are critical to my business's Facebook strategy, so I would consider this feature a must-have.

  Without it, I'll only be able to use Buffer in a limited way, so I am looking forward to your implementation to become a heavier user of your otherwise great software.

  Would love to have this feature as well, but I imagine Facebook would have to offer an API for that functionality.

  Yeah Carlos, I would think so too with regards to complexity. This is even complex for Facebook to do, as that have a whole suite of problems with it right now if you haven't noticed. (They become apparent when you have a lot of friend and/or like a lot of pages.)

  But I do agree, this feature is essential for me as well and makes it so 80%+ of my Facebook posts really need to go through Facebook's interface.

  I would imagine there's a fair amount of complexity with this ask, but I don't think I can use the FB post abilities of Buffer until this is possible. Until then, I'll be tweeting away!

  "Offer the ability to edit a Forum post" Ha. What I meant to say was. Offer the ability to tag other Facebook pages using @, to expand the reach of each post.
